Things to do:

Bornholm

In case you plan on extending your stay either prior to or after our wedding, we gladly recommend the following as some great stops for sight or taste.

Kultippen Moonscape

Kultippen

The place resembles a moonscape and was named after the tippers that were used to bring and dump the coal on the coast. This had consequences for the landscape, and it was changed into a place with deep cracks and no plants or trees.

LE PORT

Best sunset view to accompany a tasty danish cuisine.

Bricks from the Castle Ruins

Hammershus
Castle Ruins

Cool castle ruins... and apparently the largest castle ruin in Northern Europe!

Det Griser

Best Flæskesteg (Roast Pork with crackling) Sandwich on Bornholm, if not the whole of Denmark! Get it from the food truck or sit inside their joint.

Helligdomsklipperne Sanctuary Cliffs

Stunning Sanctuary Cliffs on the northeast side of Bornholm's coastline, very close to Stammershalle. We even found some seagull eggs in the rocks once.

Dueodde Beach

Our favourite beach on Bornholm with its fine white powdery sand dunes.

Duodde Lighthouse

Dueodde Lighthouse

A very picturesque lighthouse right by our favourite Dueodde beach.

Svaneke Brewery

Stop for some great Bornholm beer and perhaps some lunch.

Round Churches
of Bornholm

Spot any one of the four round churches dotted around Bornholm? You might just be on the trail of the infamous Knights Templar treasure!

Echo Valley

Beautiful and enchanting surroundings, a big place to slightly get lost in. Call out into the valley and listen for the echo (it might just come from another stranger though).
